Abstract

This research project aims to map the presences and absences of representation of female criminality in academic production in criminal sciences, especially about drug trafficking. To this end, will be conducted a documental analysis of articles from national journals in the criminal area dealing with the practice of drug trafficking crime, published since the 2000s. It will be searched by a previously determined keyword. The reading of these texts will be guided by the three axes proposed by Bartlett: the question about women, practical reasoning and, finally, consciousness-raising. The analysis of the data produced from these axes will be done by the Grounded Theory. With this research, we seek to contribute to the debate of law and gender in Brazil, and with the recent construction of the field of national legal feminism, especially with regard to the constructions, visible and invisible, of the social markers of difference in criminal sciences.
