Abstract

The increase in the use of conventional chemicals has led the population to look for a healthier option, in this scenario organic agriculture has become preferred. However, products for organic cultivation are still in general scarce, so it is necessary to study alternative products such as biofertilizers which provide various nutrients to plants. The use of products, whether natural or synthetic, intended for nutrition are administered in a more practical and economical way when applied via seeds, with this the objective of the work is to evaluate the effect of the application of manure and vinasse via seed on the production and physiological quality of broccoli, chicory and okra seeds and seedlings. The treatments will be arranged in a 2 x 6 factorial scheme, the two biofertilizers (manure and vinasse) and the second factor their concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50%), in a completely randomized experimental design with four replications. Each vegetable species (broccoli, chicory, okra) will be an experiment totaling three. The characteristics to be evaluated will be: germination, first germination count, shoot length, primary root, seedling length, seedling dry mass; emergency speed index and emergency test. Seedlings will still be produced and from these fresh mass of aerial part, dry mass of aerial part, length of aerial part, height of colon and internode length and chemical analysis of biofertilizers will be evaluated. Each plant species will be subjected to analysis of variance, for the biofertilizer factor t test will be applied, for the concentration factor applied regression analysis, both at the 5% probability level.
