Abstract

This PhD project (DD) aims to study the strong interaction regime between a superconducting qubit and a mechanical nanoresonator in the dispersive regime. The student will work on developing all the necessary steps for the project, from the manufacture of samples to the characterization of qubits and nanoresonators as in ultra-low temperature measurements. As a broader objective, this DD project aims to train students in the study of superconducting qubits and circuits in micro and nanofabrication techniques and transmission lines, as in the study of superconducting qubits and circuits and their interactions.
