Abstract

The Metroclima project (2016/18438-0) has a measurement network for monitoring greenhouse gases (GHG), including carbon dioxide (CO2) that will be the target of this work. This IC project is part of the experimental part of Metroclima with the analysis of CO2 concentration data obtained with the CRDS equipment from Picarro. GHG measures in urban areas have been recognized as relevant for monitoring the impact of anthropogenic emissions and the lack of experimental data. Knowledge about GHGs is based on estimates of emissions inventories, but there is little verification with measures. In São Paulo, the Metroclima project aims to create a network of measures in compliance with the protocols recommended by the World Meteorological Organization. (AU)
