Abstract

This research project is linked to the Regular Fapesp Aid of my advisor entitled "The Educational Policy for Technical Education in High School Agriculture at the Paula Souza Center" (Process 2020/01666-6), and is connected to the 2nd thematic axis of the research, which addresses the educational policy of the PSDB. The project's proposal is to study Geraldo Alckmin's government plan prepared in 2014 for the period 2015-18, attempting to identify if there are neoliberal principles and foundations in its educational proposal. The state of São Paulo, governed by the PSDB since 1995, is the most populous state in the country, presents great relevance in the national scenario and is characterized by implementing educational policies generally in agreement with international organizations such as the IBRD, World Bank and IMF. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the importance of government plans, since they can materialize as effective policies, generating impacts on state public education. It is important to emphasize that we have not found relevant studies on the PSDB's government plans, which lends originality to this research. The methodological procedures are: bibliographic and documentary research with analysis of primary sources and academic productions on the subject. The analysis will be interpretative.
