Abstract

This project aims to introduce the student to research in Quantum Information Theory. For that, he will start studying Probability, Graph Theory and more advanced topics of Quantum Theory (usually not seen on undergraduate courses), allowing him to get in touch with one of the most recent developments in the state of the art of Quantum Theory: The colored graph approach for the study of quantum correlations. This will make him able to investigate open questions of the area and expand the results obtained in a recently defended master's thesis by Lina Vandré (Universität Innsbruck), through the use of algorithms and researching the existing specialized literature.
