Abstract

The iminophosphoranes are important building blocks for C-N bonds formation, such as the aza-Wittig reaction and other relevant organic transformations. Herein, we propose to study the conversion of nitroarenes and triphenylphosphine to the correspondent iminophosphoranes via an electrochemistry approach. Subsequent studies involving photoelectrochemistry are also aimed at both batch and continuous flow conditions. (AU)
