Abstract

This activity plan aims to propose and implement an algorithm for positioning virtual machines and their backups considering disaster resilience. This positioning algorithm will consist ofin an optimization problem that will choose the best locations for the virtual machines requested, considering the geodistributed infrastructure andthe performance and resilience requirements set by the user.
