Abstract

One among many applications for studying confined fluids is the possibility of better understanding what happens with a fluid at the cell cytoplasm. In this project, the self-diffusion coefficient of water confined by a lipid bilayer will be investigated. Coarse-grain models for the lipids, and classical force fields for water will be employed.
