Abstract

Depression is a psychopathological condition that causes harm to individuals' occupations and has a growing rate of occurrence in the world population. Several studies have been trying to reconcile text analysis in an attempt to identify possible depressive profiles on Online Social Networks (OSN). Thus, this scientific initiation project aims to identify and analyze occupational changes in university students, expressed in RSO, which may be related to possible depressive profiles. For this, a qualitative data collection will be carried out, obtained through the analysis of publications on Facebook where, later, the content of the posts will be grouped according to the categories previously formulated in order to relate the changes expressed with a possible depressive profile ( PDP).The data collected by this scientific initiation project will be used by a larger project that aims to create an autonomous computerized intervention, capable of identifying PDPs and developing a specialized and personalized intervention. In Brazil, these researches are, however, still incipient, which highlights the importance of this project.
