Abstract

Objective: to investigate, from the perspective of a sample of women, postnatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic, focussed on interactions with health professionals. Method: This is a descriptive study, exploratory in nature and of qualitative approach. Data collection will be performed virtually from a semi-structured interview. The saturation of meaning will be through an invitation in publication on the social media "@nascer.e.covid"/ "Nascer e Covid", from Instagram® and Facebook®. The inclusion criteria of the participants will be: women over the age of 18, followers of social media @nascer.e.covid/Nascer e Covid, who have had the experience of birth during the pandemic by COVID-19 and follow up on Brazilian public health service. Expected results: contribute to the deepening of knowledge for postnatal care in Brazil, with the chances of achieving practical transformations, including in the context of the pandemic by COVID-19 and being extensible for other pandemics with similar characteristics regarding the disease it generates in pregnant and puerperal women.(AU)
