Abstract

This project calls into question notions contrary to the position according to which the comparison activity would necessarily emerge only from an opposition of contrasts between places, contexts and authorship, justifying a theory of fidelity to concepts such as the text, speech and gender, as if literature, as such, would only be comparable to itself. Though a theoretical framework that is intended to be unique and, even so, variable, it operates in the field of comparative literature without waving and operating similarities and differences within works. Throughout the comparative analysis of questions and ethical demands in four texts (respectively by David Foster Wallace, Roberto Bolaño, Tawada YMko and Murakami Ryk), privileging the plurality of, and the forms themselves, in a certain cut-out time, this being the contemporaneity.
