Abstract

The main goal of the present project is to develop and characterize a new modular telescope to be mounted at the 30B beamline of the Open Laboratory of Nuclear Physics (LAFN, acronym in Portuguese) of the University of São Paulo (USP). The new device will be used to identify light fragments arising from the direct breakup and transfer breakup of weakly-bound projectiles. (AU)
