Abstract

This project proposes an analysis of how the process of inserting technologies into education, during the COVID-19 pandemic period, can cause relevant changes in the quality of teaching of Brazilian public basic education students. Based on the concept that social inequality directly interferes with access to goods of remarkable importance for the consolidation of an inclusive and democratic educational development, the objective is to investigate the problem of Emergency Remote Learning and how it presents the absence of an equal distribution of technological resources. For this, we will use a method of qualitative research that seeks through bibliographical material and interviews with teachers and students, from the public basic education network of the cities in Caraguatatuba and Ubatuba, to understand the pandemic context through the bias of education.(AU)
