Abstract

The scholarship holder need to have a differentiated profile, as they will act as development manager and will be responsible for training users of the system developed during the second year of the project, when we will be dealing with the implementation of the system. It was also defined that the guiding thread of the project will be the implementation of the computerized system for monitoring TB patients in the 26 municipalities belonging to the health regions of the Regional Health Department (DRS) XIII - Ribeirão Preto, evaluating its use in these services to integrate follow-up actions as well as assess the degree of solvability of these actions based on the system. This will be done from a socio-technical approach, both for training in the use of the software and for eventual changes in the software. This will be one of the main tasks of the fellow. Another part of the project that the scholarship holder will be involved in will be to evaluate the impact of integration and interoperability methods for an improvement in data quality and in the organizational and clinical management of DRS XIII Tuberculosis cases, through interoperability between e-SUS AB, the SISTB, the hospital information systems and the TBWEB. To evaluate this integration, the Hospital das Clínicas of the Ribeirão Medical School (FMRP) and the information contained in the SISTB and TBWEB were chosen.
