Abstract

The structure of aggregates can be altered in the presence of certain molecules since the chemical nature of the added particle affects its distribution within the aggregates and in the dispersed phase. Thus, changes in the morphology of these structures directly affect the rheology of these systems. In this context, this work involves the study of rheological and structural effects on bile salts aggregates (sodium deoxycholate and/or sodium tauro deoxycholate) by the addition of cellulose nanoparticles (nanofibril and nanocrystal) in different proportions in aqueous medium using rheology and dynamic light scattering (DLS), that allow obtaining rheological and structural information of these aggregates in solution, in order to evaluate the effects of cellulose nanoparticles on the size and shape of mixed aggregates of bile salts.(AU)
