Abstract

The Scatter Density Profile (MSDP) Method will be used to simulate and analyze SAXS curves of symmetrical and asymmetrical model membranes (lipid bilayers), composed of different lipids including POPC, DOPC, sphingomyelin, cholesterol, POPE, POPS, simulating plasma membranes, and BMP simulating lysosomal membranes. For this, a database of chemical groups constituting the different lipids will be integrated into a ´program for analyzing flat bilayer and large unilamellar vesicles (LUVs) SAXS curves.(AU)
