Abstract

The proposed study intends to analyze the change promoted by the São Paulo Judiciary with the creation of Business and Arbitration-Related Disputes Lower Courts (Capital and Regional), in order to investigate, through the bibliography related to the theme, the collecting and analysis of the results that have been obtained (from its deployments until December 2021), and through field research with the actors involved, if the specialization, as adopted, has met the expectations that justified its implementation - and to what extent -, ascertaining, at last, if the mentioned judiciary changes can be seen as a successful example in terms of institutional design.
