Abstract

To evaluate the potential of agricultural greenhouses for the post-drying of excess activated sludge after chemically assisted densification and mechanical dehydration, determining the degrees of drying that can be obtained over time, the achievable sanitary quality of the final product, the effects lime addition and operating procedures, for a given type and concentration of sludge and climatic conditions.
