Abstract

Due to the exacerbated use of conventional agricultural inputs has made the population look for a healthier option, in this scenario organic agriculture becomes preferred by many. However, products intended for organic cultivation are still generally scarce, so it is necessary to study alternative products such as biofertilizers which provide different nutrients to plants. The use of products, whether natural or synthetic, intended for nutrition are administered in a more practical and economical way when applied on seeds, with this objective to evaluate the effect of seed treatment with biofertilizers (manure and vinasse) and compare it with a conventional commercial product in the physiological quality of seeds and in the production of pumpkin, cucumber and okra seedlings. The treatments will be arranged in a 3 x 5 factorial scheme, the first factor being two biofertilizers (manure and vinasse) and a commercial conventional product (Biozyme®), and the second factor the concentrations of these (0, 20, 40, 60 and 80%, v/v), in a completely randomized design with four replications. Each plant species (pumpkin, cucumber and okra) will be an experiment totaling three. The characteristics to be evaluated will be: germination, first germination count, shoot length, primary root and seedling, seedling dry mass; emergency speed index and emergency test. Seedlings will still be produced and these will be evaluated dry mass of shoot and root, length of shoot and root, internode length and chemical analysis of biofertilizers. Each plant species will be subjected to analysis of variance and Tukey's test will be applied to the biofertilizer factor and the commercial product, and regression analysis will be applied to the concentration factor, both at a 5% probability level.
