Abstract

Since birth, stimulation of areas innervated by CT fibers has the potential to generate activation in brain regions dedicated to the processing of social information. However, results on the neuronal discrimination of optimal CT fiber stimulation parameters throughout the first year of life are relatively inconsistent. The main aim of this workplan is to examine whether 6-month-olds' neuronal responses to touch by hand and by a spoon differ.
