Abstract

Founded in the early 1990s, UrbanData-Brasil: Databank on Urban Brazil locates, collects and organizes bibliographical data, disseminating access to cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional research on Brazil's urban issues. The project is coordinated by Bianca Freire-Medeiros, professor at USP Sociology Dept, and collates more than 16,000 bibliographic entries. Within the context of the partnership between UrbanData-Brasil and the Center for Metropolitan Studies, the research assistant will join the website maintenance and the production of the Urbanidades Podcast and the electronic catalog São Paulo under Graduate Lens: An analytical bibliography (1940-2015).
