Abstract

The main goal of this post-doctorate project is to give the beneficiary an opportunity to study with a senior researcher in Algebraic Geometry and Representation theory to further develop his research on Bridgeland stability and related topics, a state of the art area within Algebraic Geometry that can relate to various other topics in Algebra, Algebraic Geometry and Physics.The idea is to study the notion of instantons defined by exceptional collections over Fano threefolds and combine it with the beneficiary's PhD research on exceptional collections with Bridgeland stability to understand how these instantons can behave with regards to Bridgeland stability.
