Abstract

The word vulnerability is used to determine people whose range of options is limited and who suffer coercion while taking decisions. When thinking about healthcare vulnerabilities, one cannot dissociate racial condition from the manner, quality, and dimension of the care given, all way too often uneven, compared to dominant groups. Objective: To revisit and synthesize current evidence of the main inequities present in the healthcare providence of this vulnerable population, resulting in the production of a synthesis of the publications about this theme. Methods: It will be done a literature integrative review following the PRISMA protocol, showing, in a systematic and reproducible way, a search of scientific publishes on the following databases: BVS, Cinahl, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, and Pubmed; utilizing, for this, the Descritores em Saúde (DeCS) and Medical Subject Heading (MeSH) as our keywords, then researching articles by title, summary, and full-text research. Expected results: Based on the obtained evidence, it will be developed a strategy of public action on Permanent Health Education in primary care, involving SUS workers and the ethnic minority population, fighting in a systematic and revolutionary way the access and care disparities in our healthcare system.
