Abstract Recent theoretical developments allowed the identification of small bodies in retrograde resonances with the Solar System planets. Retrograde resonances are also possible in extrasolar systems, in particular, for planets in stellar binary systems. In this project we will obtain the families of periodic orbits associated with retrograde resonances in stellar binary systems, and we will analyze their stability, with the purpose of guiding the detection of these configurations. | |
