Abstract This research project has as its central problem the morality of crime, self-definition related to the First Command of the Capital (PCC), in front of morality about crime. I start from the hypothesis that crime thinks and formulates concepts about what is thought about himself. I have specific objectives: 1.understand if it is possible to think of crime as a moral expression; 2. understand how crime thinks the moralities that judge it morally; 3. dialogue with debates held by the so-called Anthropology of morals and Anthropology of crime. The research involves an ethnography carried out in the Provisional Detention Center of Pinheiros and in Penitentiary I and II of Franco da Rocha, prison units to which I have access via Pastoral Carcerária, and outside the prison space, with people who understand themselves as criminals. It is hoped, therefore, to collaborate with the literature on crime through an interpellation in moral terms. | |
