Abstract

The student involved in the Scientific Initiation research will be responsible for receiving, processing, analyzing and integrating the data produced in the Jovem Pesquisador project, which encompasses three different "omics" approaches: genomics, metabolomics and lipidomics. To carry out these analyses, two statistical softwares will be used, R and JASP, with the aim of identifying the most appropriate statistical tools for the data sets generated by the JP. This data will be collected fromcalves, both at birth and during the weaning period. They will contribute significantly to a deeper understanding of the process of process in the early stages of these animals' development.
