Abstract

The intern will participate in the mapping, using satellite images, of forest fires in Acre and southern Amazonas. He will work in a laboratory (AGROECO) where various activities are underway, including modeling the processes of deforestation and forest degradation due to logging and forest fires, studies on forest management and studies on extreme climatic events in the Amazon.
