Abstract

The research proposal presented by candidate Sidney Gutemberg Santana Pereirahas great adherence to the Thematic Project "A Connected History of the Middle Ages.Communication and Circulation from the Mediterranean", especially with regard toto the "Communication and Circulation" axis. The research project, entitled Beato Amadeuda Silva, circulation of the manuscripts of the Apocalypsis Nova in the southern axis ofEurope, intends to study the biography and bibliographical production of Blessed Amadeu daSilva. To this end, the candidate intends to track the conditions of production and diffusion ofmanuscripts and the impact of his work Nova Apocalypse, throughout the 16th century,considering the interference of copyists in productions and how decisive thesewere for the final result, the reception of the interlocutor and its social impact. The project isjustified by its potential contribution to the Project work planThematic and will enable the promotion of scientific production from the perspective of HistoryConnected, methodology adopted by the author.
