Abstract

Ischnothele annulata is widely distributed in Cerrado and Caatinga, presenting genetic lineages with conspicuous phylogeographic structure. An undergraduate student will perform environmental analysis to identify environmental features related to lineages diversification across the two biomes of the Brazilian Dry Diagonal (BDD). The lineages ranges will be used to generate environmental models (climatic and geographic) to test for barriers associated to the diversification process.
