Abstract

Nano antennas are essential components for future 2D optoelectronic devices with information transmission functionality. Necessary characteristics for a nanoantenna are the ability to spatially confine radiation and to be tunable with respect to the wavelength of the incident radiation. In this work, these properties will be studied based on the polaritonic response of a graphene-SnO2 nanoribbon device.
