Abstract

With the aim of investigating the reliability of the variables investigated in the generation project, a scientific initiation student will carry out a cross-sectional study to determine the reliability, standard error of measurement and minimum detectable difference of the investigated variables. Biomechanical data, muscle torque, physical activity level and pain pressure threshold will be collected in asymptomatic individuals on 2 separate days. 20% of participants will be invited to return for another 2 days of collections identical to those carried out previously. Intraclass coefficient (ICC(2,1)) values with 95% confidence intervals will be calculated to assess absolute agreement between sessions. The standard error of measurement and the minimum detectable difference will also be calculated as described in the project.
