Abstract

This project aims to identify and analyse the main factors in the adoption of socially inclusive circular business models. In the empirical part, semi-structured interviews will be conducted with companies, institutions, and NGOs. The data will be analysed using interpretative thematic analysis. Data will be analysed looking for themes and patterns across the data collected. Given the exploratory and emergent nature of the research codes will emerge from the data, through iteration and convergence. It is expected to contribute to the operations management literature regarding socially inclusive circular practices, and propose discuss theoretical propositions for analysing the subject.
