Abstract

Although still considered rare conditions, the universe of Primary Immunoregulatory Disorders (PIRDs) is exponentially expanding as a unique group. The concurrent presence of autoimmune manifestations is frequent; however, the literature remains sparse regarding immunomediated rheumatic conditions. Considering the importance of early diagnosis, the description of clinical phenotypes, and epidemiological data of PIRDs within a population of patients with immunomediated rheumatic diseases treated at a brazilian national tertiary reference center - the Ambulatório de Imunodesregulação da EPM-UNIFESP - this project aims to enhance the identification of this group of diseases by healthcare professionals, facilitating the distinction of differential diagnoses and individualized treatment. The project is based on data collection, encompassing the extensively pleomorphic symptomatology, laboratory investigation, active therapy, individual and familial information of patients treated at the outpatient clinic. Subsequently, a statistical treatment will be applied to organize (through graphs, tables, and other visual tools) the clinical aspects of these patients. Ultimately, this project serves as a foundation to boost future epidemiological studies in the field, with the intention of planning potential public health policies.
