Abstract

The research "Frameworks of mental health in socio-educational measures in a closed environment" its main objective is to understand how mental health issues are framed of adolescents in compliance with a socio-educational measure of institutionalization by professionals who orbit the socio-educational field.The research adopts the State as a focus of São Paulo and the period between 2007 and 2014. It is proposed as a reference theoretical framework analysis, as proposed by Erving Goffman (2012), understanding the frames as principles of organization of the experience that they determine social events and our subjective engagement in them. The search proposal is of a qualitative type and envisages carrying out a broad bibliographical review on juvenile justice, socio-educational field, socio-educational measures involving deprivation of liberty, institutionalization of adolescents, mental health institutions, psycho-legal relationships, punishment, among other topics, in addition to a documentary analysis based on the medical records of the CASA Foundation,focusing on reports and documents that deal with mental health issues.
