Abstract

Introduction: The Pediatric Feeding Disorder is characterized by difficulties in the eating and swallowing process. Speech therapist action in PFD is essential in the intervention regarding sensory and motor skills, as well as in the implementation of strategies for the patient's rehabilitation. Objectives: To analyze the instruments for identifying food refusal and/or selectivity applied in pediatric feeding disorders. Research strategy: Will be carried out in online databases, Medline/PubMed, Web of Science and Scielo. Selection criteria: Studies that used a questionnaire or dietary inventory and applied them to children and adolescents will be considered. Data analysis: The country, population, applied protocol, sample number, age group and results obtained will be extracted from the studies.
