Abstract

This research is part of the project of my advisor, Henrique Tahan Novaes (2024), entitled "Collaboration of Professional Education at Centro Paula Souza and Ceará (2005-2022): political-pedagogical foundations of education and theoretical-methodological principles of management" , FAPESP Process n. 2023/12896-0, approved in February 2024. Thus, it aims to analyze the educational reforms that took place at Centro Paula Souza, during the government of José Serra (2007-2010), analyzing whether and how partnerships grew public-private at Centro Paula Souza. To this end, this research will be carried out through bibliographic, documentary and empirical research.
