Abstract

Background: The integration of AI and ML in oncology demands that physicians adapt and grasp the basics for responsible use. Methods: AI knowledge and perspectives among Brazilian residents will be colected through an ethichs-approved survey, noting differences by program, gender, and tech literacy, and pinpointing education Responses will be anonymous, analyzing gender, program, and tech skills. The survey will be comprised of multiple choice and short answer questions (pertaining to program, age, gender, etc) and likert-scale questions (regarding AI knowledge and perception). Descriptive statistics, cross-tabs, and chi-square tests will be used for associations; t-tests and Mann-Whitney tests will compare groups.
