Abstract

The student will participate in the activities of the Rio Quantum Network and in the assembly of the communication network with structured light. To this end, the student will learn the basic techniques of programming the spatial light modulator (SLM) and assembling the S-Plate for the preparation of beams with spin-orbit entanglement. These activities will assist an alignment free quantum key distribution (QKD) protocol, which will be tested in the air link between UFF and CBPF.
