Abstract

Sexual violence is a social phenomenon that requires Psychology and Psychoanalysis to constantly evolve and improve academic productions to deal with patients that arise with such demand. Understanding the phenomenon and studying its impacts on the subject's psychic life are essential given the complexity subjective experience of the cases and the problematic of the dynamics of the victims' desire based on the experienced scene. This research aims to develop an articulationbetween cases of sexual violence, permeated by the entire dimension of suffering, and theGeneralized Seduction Theory by Jean Laplanche, elaborated as a form of understand the seduction suffered by children through contact with adults and their influence on the subjective formation of the unconscious. From the theory, it is understood that the adult's messages addressed to the child are not fully translated, becoming seductive enigmas that found the unconscious. Thus, the possibility of an in-depth analysis of the likely contributions of the theory in the study of victims of sexual violence who seek the analytical setting as a way of appeasing the anguish experienced in the face of trauma.
