Abstract

This work addresses the interdisciplinary field between Computer Science, Engineering, Medicine, and Health. We will study and analyze different computational methods and technologies for the development of applications and software used in the monitoring and management of health conditions. Specifically, we will analyze different Operating Systems (MS-WINDOWS, Apple IOS, LINUX), system development tools (e.g., PHP, JAVA, DOT NET, Slack, Axure, NODE-JS, JIRA, etc.), and databases (MYSQL, ORACLE, SQL Server). After these studies, which will focus on TECHNOLOGIES, the application area in MEDICINE will be studied. More specifically, we will focus on health conditions related to OBESITY. After understanding the main conditions related to this diagnosis, such as signs, symptoms, monitoring, and the use of blood pressure monitors, we will design a model and develop an application software related to this health condition.
