Abstract

The objective of the project is to explore the multiple functions of proteins produced by pathogenic microorganisms through an interdisciplinary approach that includes techniques for expression and purification of recombinant proteins, cultivation of cell cultures, phage display, protein crystallography, cryoelectron microscopy (Cryo-EM) , computational biology and metabolomics.
