Abstract

The journalistic research proposal aims to present Photodynamic Therapy as an effective alternative to the indiscriminate use of antibiotics in the treatment of wound infections. The proposal seeks to increase the population's awareness of this technique, highlighting its benefits compared to conventional methods, and will be disseminated through social media, such as Instagram, with easy-to-understand content. The project is justified by the growing incidence of resistant infections and the need for new therapeutic approaches.
