Abstract Introduction: The establishment of breastfeeding requires support and clinical management since the first feedings, given the positive impact of this practice on population health and the mother-child attachment. Objectives: The general objective is to perform content analysis of nursing results and interventions for the nursing diagnosis (DE) "Ineffective breastfeeding" (00104). The specific objectives are: to map nursing outcomes and interventions for the ND "Ineffective breastfeeding" in the literature and nursing classifications; review the content of nursing outcomes for Ineffective Breastfeeding, with support from experts; review the content of nursing interventions to treat the Ineffective Breastfeeding diagnosis, with support from experts. Method: An expert consensus study will be developed. The literature review will support the links between the ND "Ineffective breastfeeding", outcomes from the Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC) and interventions from the Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC). This process will consider the connection proposed between them by the respective classifications and the literature, with the purpose of composing a care protocol for nursing mothers and infants. Subsequently, this material will be submitted to a committee of 6 to 20 experts, via Google Forms. The proportion of experts who recommend the material developed will be verified. The level of agreement will be assessed by the Modified Kappa Coefficient, with a value greater than 0.74 being desirable. Recommended adjustments will be made, with new submission to experts in a focus group. The project will be submitted to the UNICAMP Research Ethics Committee. All ethical precepts of Resolution 466/2012 of the National Health Council will be followed. This project is linked to technologies for quality of life in health and assistive technologies. | |
