Abstract In this project, the aim is to evaluate the growth and development of sugar cane, a varietyCTC-4, when treated with free chitosan nanoparticles and auxin hormones, cytokininand gibberellin applied individually and in a combined free and encapsulated form tochitosan nanoparticles. The experiment will be conducted in pots at the State UniversityPaulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Dracena Campus, SP. For biometric characteristics:number of leaves, number of stems, stem diameter and stem height, therandomized block design (DBC) in a 16x4 factorial arrangement, with the first factor beingcomposed of hormones and their combinations; and the second factor composed of days ofevaluation, that is, at 45, 60, 75 and 90 days after planting. For these characteristics, the experimentwill be composed of 64 vessels, these referring to the 16 hormones and their combinations with 4blocks or repetitions. Considering the sampling days, the experiment will total 256 unitsevaluation. For the other characteristics, chlorophyll index, leaf area index, leaf weightdry matter and physiological parameters, a randomized block design will be used(DBC) containing the 16 hormones and their combinations arranged in four blocks or repetitions, totaling 64 pots, with these characteristics being evaluated 90 days after planting. | |
