Abstract

The post-doc fellow will actively participate and be co-responsible with the PIs (principalinvestigators) in the technical development of several specific tasks related to the improvement inthe use of processing techniques to increase fish quality and reduce losses in its industrialization.He/she will defend, with high technical skills, the mission of the project, ensuring that theobjectives are achieved effectively.The post-doc fellow will involve collaboration between universities, government institutions andcompanies linked to the fishing industry and fish processing. The post-doc will use the availableresearch resources to promote technical advances in the development of fish products, aiming at theoptimization of processes and the reduction of losses during processing.In the designated task 5, such as the implementation of fish processing and quality analysistechniques, the postdoctoral fellow is expected to have knowledge in sampling, technological andphysical-chemical analyses and data management and interpretation, in addition to conductingscientific literature reviews. Strong scientific writing skills in English will be essential for thepreparation of reports and articles.
