Abstract

The project aims to search for indicators that will be part of an instrument for measuring the social returns of housing policies, the Fuzzy Social Return Index, through the structuring of a conceptual model for multi-criteria analysis that incorporates and relates the various quantitative and qualitative criteria that influence the success of housing policies in different contexts. To this end, the State of São Paulo's housing credit initiatives via public support under the Casa Paulista Program, in the municipalities of the Metropolitan Regions of Sorocaba and Campinas (RMS and RMC), will be investigated in the context of the Science Center for the Development of Social Interest Housing of the State of São Paulo (CCD HIS SP). The defined indicators will serve as a basis for proposing a Fuzzy inference system for the analysis of subjectivities and subsequent grouping of municipalities in the Metropolitan Regions of Sorocaba and Campinas, based on similarity, to understand the demands and results of public policies in Social Interest Housing in the State of São Paulo.
