Abstract

Materials based on porous carbon and molecularly imprinted polymers will be investigated as adsorbents for application in environmental remediation and sample preparation for the analysis of emerging contaminants. By applying different experimental conditions, the adsorption/desorption kinetics will be determined and the materials selected for the purposes of environmental remediation and/or sample preparation by solid phase extraction.
