Abstract

The project aims to analyze the legislation applicable to critical minerals, specifically electric and hybrid vehicles, as these are dispersed across different normative types. The work will carry out a study on legal issues and their consequences in the regulation of these minerals in the face of relevant legal issues that unfold in theoretical-political debates. In this sense, it will survey and systematize environmental and foreign trade legislation that can respond to the challenges of the topic, evaluating relevant points for the Pilot Case.
