Abstract The use of organic nanocarriers has proven to be a active ingredients, making it possible to obtain safer and more efficient synthetic herbicides. are still necessary to enable a more sustainable and effective system. Molecules of natural origin, with herbicidal effect, such as pelargonic acid (PA), has gained prominence in research related toweed management (PD), but they are little studied, volatility and rapid degradation in the field. Therefore, nanoencapsulation of these compounds canenable nanoformulations that act more effectively in benefits in the use of nanocarriers, there is a need understand the absorption, translocation and with cellular compartments. The objective of the project is the development of a bioherbicide based natural lipid particles, aiming for a mechanistic understanding of the absorption, distribution andsimultaneous translocation of the particle and the laser scanning, both in foliar and soil applications, and thus obtain information about the the transport routes followed by nanocarriers. The project will also evaluate the effects on PD controland phytotoxicity in agricultural crops. Tests will be carried out to evaluate the enzymatic activity of studies at the cellular level to evaluate the release and direct absorption of the nanoparticle. at the end of the project you have an understanding of the detailed mechanism of the absorption internalization and transport of this nanoherbicide, and thus contribute to the development of more efficient and sustainable for agriculture. | |
